Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Package Your Item

  Place the item securely in its original packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
